VINEYARD INTRODUCTION
葡萄園介紹
酒莊在鴿子山產(chǎn)區(qū)擁有30000畝葡萄園，其中15000畝是22年樹齡以上的老藤葡萄園，5000畝是2017年后種植的葡萄園，現(xiàn)還有10000畝葡萄園新項(xiàng)目正在建設(shè)中。根據(jù)不同地塊的土壤類型和微氣候特點(diǎn)，種植有蛇龍珠、赤霞珠、黑比諾、霞多麗、長(zhǎng)相思等著名葡萄品種。
Xige Estate has 2000 hectares of vineyards currently, including those of 1,000 hectares cultivated for over 22 years and those of 333.33 hectares cultivated after 2017. In 2020，there was a new project for cultivating another 666.67 hectares of new vines.
The famous grape varieties such as Cabernet Gernischt, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc are cultivated according to the soil types and microclimate characteristics of different plots.
西鴿酒莊崇尚自然、尊重自然。種植師們用東北油松代替了傳統(tǒng)的石柱，遵循生物動(dòng)力栽培的理念，把葡萄園的土壤視為與地球、大氣以及行星相關(guān)體系中的一部分，追求原生態(tài)。
在葡萄園管理中，西鴿酒莊會(huì)根據(jù)不同葡萄品種、不同地塊的特性設(shè)計(jì)出特定的科學(xué)管理方案，同時(shí)結(jié)合酒莊智慧農(nóng)業(yè)平臺(tái)所采集到的土壤及周邊環(huán)境的精確信息，適時(shí)調(diào)整方案，做好預(yù)防與問(wèn)題解決方案，以保證葡萄的最優(yōu)結(jié)果。
Xige Estate advocates and respects the nature. Following the concepts of environmental protection, ecological development and sustainable circulation, it replaces traditional cement pillars with pines of Northeast China, works out different management schemes based on the characteristics of various grape varieties and plots, accurately manages the humidity, temperature, light and other growth factors of the vineyard with the international advanced intelligent agricultural system, and becomes the first vineyard in China to achieve digital management.

畢業(yè)于寧夏大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院，現(xiàn)負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)西鴿酒莊葡萄園的全面管理工作，包括西鴿酒莊二基地老葡萄園的改造升級(jí)工作、西鴿酒莊一基地新葡萄園的種植及養(yǎng)護(hù)工作等。馮延濤特別擅長(zhǎng)于釀酒葡萄田間種植的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理，規(guī)范化栽培技術(shù)及老園架型改造、水肥一體化改造升級(jí)、提高機(jī)械化利用率和大數(shù)據(jù)智慧農(nóng)業(yè)在葡萄園中的應(yīng)用等，對(duì)于推動(dòng)西鴿酒莊釀酒葡萄田間種植的機(jī)械化、生態(tài)化、數(shù)據(jù)和智能化種植作出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。
Graduated from School of Agriculture, Ningxia University, Feng Yantao is now in charge of the overall management of the vineyards of Xige Estate. He is apt at standardized management of field cultivation of wine grapes, standardized cultivation techniques, trellis transformation of old vineyards, integrated transformation and upgrading of water and fertilizer, improved automation rate and application of smart agriculture with big data in the vineyards, with important contributions to the automation, ecologization, datamation and intelligentization of wine grapes field cultivation of Xige Estate.

從事葡萄酒釀造及釀酒葡萄栽培31年，1991年參與釀制的“寶星”干紅葡萄酒榮獲國(guó)家“星火科技博覽會(huì)”金獎(jiǎng)。
2010年4月-2014年4月在四川省甘孜州康定紅葡萄酒業(yè)有限公司任技術(shù)總工期間主抓葡萄酒工藝及釀酒葡萄基地建設(shè)，制定了《丹巴縣釀酒葡萄栽培技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》，釀制的“康定紅葡萄園海拔2600”在2011年煙臺(tái)“克隆賓”杯國(guó)際葡萄酒質(zhì)量大賽上榮獲金獎(jiǎng)?，F(xiàn)主管西鴿酒莊1.5萬(wàn)畝老藤葡萄園的種植與養(yǎng)護(hù)工作。
Zhang Jifeng has been engaged in winemaking and wine growing for 31 years. In 1991, the dry red wine of “Baoxing” (renamed “Li Hua” in 1997 and “Passun®” in 2000) made with his participation won the gold prize at the National Spark Science & Technology Expo. He formulated the Technical Standards on Cultivation of Wine Grapes in Danba County, and the wine of “Kangding Vineyard at An Altitude of 2,600 m” made with his participation won the gold prize at the 2011 “COLOMBIN”Cup International Wine Quality Competition in Yantai.
